- Renewal: There are no renewals on NEW books. All other items may be renewed twice if and only if no one else is waiting is waiting for an item.
- Overdue Notices: If material are overdue by 14 days; the patron will be notified. On the second notification two weeks later a patron will be notified that if the materials are not returned in the next two weeks and will be billed for the missing items. After forty-two days, the materials will be assumed lost, and the patron will be charged (+ a $5 processing fee) for the missing items unless they are returned.
